Ok, so little Asher is now three weeks old. He is growing like a Vietnamese bamboo shoot in our esteemed expert opinions [sic]. He has gained 1kg in 2 weeks (at his last midwife weigh in). Mum and dad are job sharing the night shift feeds at the moment with mum doing the day time babycare while dad goes to school and placement etc... All in all our house feels more like a home. Whether its holding the little prince high up on the parapets of his parents shoulders while he surveys his dark kingdom in the silent hours of the early morn, or washing and sterilising baby bottles, or weeing on his own face (due to an unfortunate penile position during a nappy change), or talking about future plans and parenting strategies little Asher continues to enchant us.
In other news, Rob got back from Egypt this week after what sounds like an awesome trip, I finished uni for the year (just a final exam to go) and Carly continues to heal well.

I am so glad you updated....he is sooooo cutee cutee I cannot wait to see him.Carly you are looking Beautiful.I hope that things are going well.We are so going to come up and see you guys...we are going to do the camper thing.We are excited about seeing you all.I caqnnot wait to have my little snuggles with asher.We are very aware that asher will still be little and you guys will be tired.We are coming anyway...
maybe we can find a cool beach house to rent for a few days....I have never seen the beaches up there...I am sure they are cooler than Gore Bay!!!!!

Hey Carly and Dean - the difference between the fotos is quite remarkable as little Asher grows. He looks like he is still brand new but smoother kind of. And filling out of course. Can't wait to see him and y'all. Love Viv
we have decided to do the camper van thingee so we are unsure of dates..will know closer to time......which makes it a bit diff to book a house.I am sure we willcome up with something.we are also keen just to hang In h town and spend time with you guys.We will be looking around those dates though.We also want to d a couple of temple sessions.
I just cannot wait to get my hands on that little boy.
